Common Issues
My lists aren't syncing
Make sure you're signed into iCloud on your device and have iCloud Drive enabled. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > iCloud Drive.
Barcode scanning isn't working
Ensure ListFlo has camera permissions. Go to Settings > ListFlo > Camera and enable access.
I can't restore my purchase
Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used to purchase Pro. Go to Settings > Restore Purchases.
The app is crashing
Try deleting and reinstalling the app. Your data is stored in iCloud and will sync back (Pro users).
Privacy Policy
ListFlo respects your privacy. Here's what we collect and why:
- Shopping list data: Stored locally and in your private iCloud account. We cannot access it.
- Barcode scans: Product lookups go to Open Food Facts. No personal data is sent.
- Analytics: Basic, privacy-respecting analytics to improve the app. No personal identifiers.
We do not sell your data. We do not track you across apps. Your shopping lists are your business.

- Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
- Accept that the Pro upgrade is non-refundable (except where required by law)
